11月28日,交通·永续城市动力——2013青岛交通商务区首届发展高峰论坛召开。来自李沧区政府、城市规划专家、地产界的代表齐聚一堂,共谋李沧交通商务区的未来潜力。青岛交通商务区位于李沧区重庆路以西,区域面积约36平方公里,属李沧区沧口片区,承载着老沧口的复兴重任。作为青岛市的北部门户,该区域交通优势明显:2013年年底国家一级枢纽站、山东最大的客运站铁路青岛北站建成通车,青岛市规划的8条地铁线中4条在此汇聚,胶州湾大桥青岛接线端在此落地……依托重要的交通优势,《青岛市重点功能区发展规划》将交通商务区列入青岛市六大新兴服务业功能区之一。
On November 28, Traffic · Sustainable City Power - 2013 First Summit Forum of Traffic and Business District of Qingdao Held. Representatives from Licang District Government, urban planning experts and real estate circles gathered together to seek the future potential of Licang Traffic and Business District. Qingdao Traffic Business District is located west of Chongqing Road, Licang District, covering an area of about 36 square kilometers. It belongs to Licang District of Cangkou and hosts the rejuvenation of Laoankangkou. As the northern port of Qingdao, the transportation advantage of this area is obvious: at the end of 2013, the national first-level hub and the Qingdao North Railway Station, the largest passenger terminal station in Shandong, were completed and opened to traffic. Four of the eight metro lines planned by Qingdao are converging here. Jiaozhou Bay Bridge Qingdao terminal here ... ... Relying on important transport advantages, “Qingdao Key Functional Area Development Plan” will be included in the traffic and business district of Qingdao City, one of the six emerging service industries.
