Monoclonal antibody application In 1975, Kohler et al. Produced a large amount of monoclonal antibody (Monoclonal Antibody, Moab) by using the hybridoma technique, which attracted wide attention. Various MoAb prepared according to the research needs have been applied to all areas of hematology, and made gratifying progress in the application of the following aspects of leukemia. 1. Used to identify cell type and degree of differentiation MoAb can be used to identify hematopoietic cell types and subtypes, more than morphological, histochemical, functional tests and surface markers and other methods more reliable, mainly for lymphocyte subsets. As we all know, according to the cell surface markers, most urgently
