目的:了解家长对儿童计划免疫服务的满意度,为提高儿童的计划免疫工作质量提供依据。方法:于2012年10月至12月随机抽取路北区内720名儿童家长进行问卷调查,并对调查问卷进行统计分析。结果:儿童家长对计划免疫服务的总满意度为73.3%,其中护士的操作技术、接种门诊的流程、服务态度满意率在80%以上,二类疫苗的价格(47.2%)、儿童的娱乐设施(61.8%)、回答家长的咨询(63.3%)满意率较低。Logistic分析筛选出接种前对疫苗知识的讲解、门诊的等候时间、接种后注意事项的告知、回答家长的咨询是儿童计划免疫服务满意度的主要影响因素。结论:家长对儿童计划免疫服务总体是比较满意的。医护人员应做好疫苗知识的宣教,缩短门诊等候时间,规范二类疫苗的接种,为儿童及家长提供更加人性化的免疫预防服务。
Objectives: To understand the satisfaction of parents with children’s planned immunization services and provide evidence for improving the quality of child immunization programs. Methods: From October to December in 2012, 720 children in Lubei district were randomly selected for questionnaire survey and the questionnaires were statistically analyzed. Results: The total satisfaction rate of children with planned immunization services was 73.3%. Among them, the satisfaction rate of nurses’ operation technique, vaccination procedure and service attitude was above 80%, the price of the second type vaccine (47.2%), children’s entertainment facilities (61.8%), answering parents’ consultation (63.3%) with a low satisfaction rate. Logistic analysis screened vaccination knowledge before vaccination, outpatient waiting time, after vaccination notice, answering parents’ counseling is the main influence factor of children’s planned immunization service satisfaction. Conclusion: Parents are generally satisfied with the planned immunization services for children. Health care workers should be well-informed of the vaccine mission, shorten the waiting time for outpatient services, regulate the vaccination of two types of vaccines for children and parents to provide more humane immune prevention services.
