目的 :建立生血增髓颗粒剂的质量标准。方法 :采用TLC法对处方中的黄芪、人参、甘草、肉桂进行鉴别 ;用HPLC ELSD法测定黄芪甲苷的含量。结果 :在TLC色谱中均能检出黄芪、人参、甘草和肉桂 ;黄芪甲苷在 2 .775 μg - 11.10 μg范围内线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 97.70 % ,RSD为 1.5 1。结论 :所建立的方法对处方中各组成药材可准确、快速地进行定性、定量检测。
Objective : To establish the quality standard of Shengxue Mianzhi granules. Methods : TLC method was used for the identification of Radix Astragali, Radix Ginseng, Radix Glycyrrhizae and Cinnamon. The content of Astragaloside IV was determined by HPLC ELSD method. RESULTS: Astragalus membranaceus, ginseng, licorice and cinnamon were detected in TLC chromatography. Astragaloside IV had good linearity in the range of 2.775 μg - 11.10 μg. The average recovery was 97.70 % and the RSD was 1.5 1. Conclusion : The established method can accurately and rapidly perform qualitative and quantitative detection of each constituent medicine in the prescription.
