医院是服务群众和服务社会的特殊社会组织,兼具经济性和社会性。医院的思想政治管理工作占据极其重要的地位。当前,随着形势的发展与医疗改革的不断深入,医院的政治思想工作应紧随时代发展,关注当前医疗从业人员的思想状态和心理特点,使医院思想政治工作更具针对性和实效性,调动从业人员的积极性和自主性。以人为本的管理是现代管理方式之一,它以人为中心,从人的需求和利益出发,尊重人的主体地位。在医院政治思想工作当中贯彻落实以人为本管理理念有着重大的作用与意义。本文主要探讨以人为本管理理念在医院政治思想工作中的意义、目标,进而探讨在医院思想政治工作中如何践行以人为本的管理理念,以此推动医院的健康和可持续发展。

This paper mainly discusses the significance and goal of the concept of people-oriented management in the hospital’s political and ideological work, and then explores how to practice the people-oriented management concept in the hospital’s ideological and political work so as to promote the health and sustainable development of the hospital.
