生育后期弱光胁迫对不同类型水稻的影响

以13份中籼型保持系、4份常规中籼稻和3份常规中粳稻为试验材料,研究了弱光胁迫对不同类型水稻的影响。在水稻生育后期采用人工遮光(遮光率为45%)模拟弱光胁迫,测定了弱光胁迫对SPAD、有效穗、千粒重、穗着粒数和经济产量的影响。结果表明,保持系遮光5 d后,SPAD、单株实粒数和经济产量受到显著性影响,两常规中稻除籼稻的单株有效穗数受弱光影响达显著水平外,其他指标均未受显著影响,说明中籼型保持系耐弱光能力低于常规中籼稻和粳稻。 The effects of low light stress on different types of rice were studied using 13 medium-indica maintainer lines, 4 conventional mid-indica rice varieties and 3 conventional medium-japonica rice varieties. Artificial shading (shading rate of 45%) was used to simulate low light stress in late rice growth stage. The effects of low light stress on SPAD, effective panicles, 1000-grain weight, panicle grains and economic yield were measured. The results showed that SPAD, the number of solid grains per plant and the economic yield were significantly affected by keeping the shading light for 5 days. The effective panicles per plant of indica rice of two conventional rice varieties were significantly affected by low light, but the other indexes were not affected Significantly affected, indicating that the ability of Indica rice to maintain weak light tolerance is lower than conventional indica and japonica rice.
