新时期,我国企业的思想政治教育虽然有了一定的发展,但总体来说,没有大的创新和发展,基本上延续了传统的教育模式和内容,无法适应新的经济形势下企业的需要,形式单一,内容枯燥,与现实生活和工作脱节。因此,本文主要就新时期我国企业政治思想教育工作的创新方面进行简单的分析,发现问题,提出对策,希望能对广大企业政治思想工作者有所帮助。
In the new period, though there has been some development in the ideological and political education of our country’s enterprises, on the whole, without substantial innovation and development, the traditional education modes and contents have basically been followed and can not meet the needs of enterprises in the new economic situation. Single form, boring content, and real life and work out of touch. Therefore, this article mainly analyzes the innovation aspects of the political and ideological education in our country in the new era, finds out the problems and puts forward the countermeasures, hoping to help the political and ideological workers in the vast number of enterprises.
