创新,即突破传统。发展,意味着前行。西北民族大学作为一所民族院校,承载了56个民族的梦想,立足于西北,服务于西北,为西北地区培养大量的优秀少数民族骨干。西北民族大学的发展要以国家的各项民族政策为基石,以创新为动力,以全面发展学生能力为目标。同时,我们对各兄弟院校进行参观学习、经验交流,并从中探索学生自主管理这种新型管理模式的发展前景,促进学生与学校的共同成长。并从实践中得出结论:学生自主管理这一新型模式对于高校培养全方位、多层次人才以及学校自身的发展具有深远意义。
Innovation, that is, break the tradition. Development, means to move forward. As a national college, Northwestern Nationalities University carries the dreams of 56 ethnic groups, fosters the northwest, serves the northwest and fosters a large number of outstanding minorities in the northwestern region. The development of Northwest University for Nationalities should take the various national policies of the country as the cornerstone and innovation as the driving force, with the goal of comprehensively developing students’ abilities. In the meantime, we have visited various fraternal institutions for study and exchange of experiences. We also explored the prospects for the development of this new type of management by students and promoted the common development of students and schools. And from practice, we can conclude that the new mode of autonomous management of students has far-reaching significance for colleges and universities to develop all-round and multi-level talents as well as the development of the school itself.
