目的:心理管理干预在烧伤科大面积烧伤患者护理中的应用价值。方法:选择入住台州医院烧伤科的80例大面积烧伤患者,根据患者入院顺序,每间隔1例选取1例,以此模式分为常规护理组(40例)和心理管理干预组(40例),前者实常规护理,后者在前者基础上,加强心理管理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:两组患者在经过相关干预后,心理干预组在焦虑、抑郁评分方面相比于常规护理组,都更胜一筹(P<0.05)。结论:在烧伤科患者护理中应用注重心理护理干预,消除患者心理障碍,改善患者心理状态,提升患者的生活质量,同时对护理质量的提高也具有重要作用,基于此,心理干预应引起临床重视。
Objective: The value of psychological management intervention in the nursing of burn patients with extensive burns. Methods: One hundred and eighty cases of extensive burns admitted to Taizhou Hospital were divided into two groups according to the order of hospital admission: one case from each group, and one case from routine nursing group (40 cases) and psychological management group (40 cases) , The former is actually routine care, the latter based on the former, to strengthen psychological management intervention, the two groups of patients were compared with the nursing effect. Results: After intervention, the psychological intervention group was better than the normal nursing group in anxiety and depression scores (P <0.05). Conclusions: Psychological intervention should be taken in the nursing of patients with burn department, so as to eliminate the psychological disorder, improve the psychological status of patients and improve the quality of life of patients. At the same time, it also plays an important role in the improvement of nursing quality. Based on this, psychological intervention should arouse clinical importance .
