[目的]为进一步认识土壤温度与烟叶质量风格特色形成的关系提供数据支撑。[方法]在人工控制条件下,研究成熟期地温变化对烟叶色素、多酚和西柏烷类化合物含量的影响。[结果]双层遮阳降温处理使上部烟叶色素含量降低28.1%,西柏烷类化合物含量升高16.6%,使中部烟叶色素、多酚含量分别降低20.3%、27.9%;双层覆膜增温处理使上部烟叶多酚和西柏烷类化合物含量分别降低35.9%、47.9%,使中部烟叶色素和多酚含量分别降低27.1%、35.9%,西柏烷类化合物含量升高40.1%;单层遮阳处理和单层覆膜处理对烟叶上述3种致香物质的含量影响不显著。[结论]成熟期地温对烟叶致香物质含量有明显影响。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide data support for further understanding of the relationship between soil temperature and the quality characteristics of tobacco leaf. [Method] Under artificial control conditions, the effects of the change of geothermal temperature on the contents of pigments, polyphenols and cembranes in tobacco leaves were studied. [Result] The results showed that the sunshade temperature decreased by 28.1% and the content of cembrane compounds increased by 16.6% and 20.3% and 27.9% respectively in the middle tobacco leaves. The double layer temperature - increasing treatment The contents of polyphenols and cembranes in the upper leaves were reduced by 35.9% and 47.9%, respectively. The contents of pigments and polyphenols in the middle leaves were reduced by 27.1% and 35.9% respectively, and the content of cembaraoids was increased by 40.1% The effects of single-layer coating on the content of above three aroma components were not significant. [Conclusion] The ground temperature in mature stage had a significant effect on the aroma components of tobacco leaves.
