测定24月龄Wistar大鼠的主要脏器重量和血液生化值,并与2月龄大鼠的各项指标进行比较。结果表明,24月龄大鼠心、肝、脾、肺、肾等多数脏器的绝对重量为雌性显著低于雄性(P<0.05或P<0.01),肾上腺却相反(P<0.05)。雌性心、肺、肾的脏器系数显著高于雄性(P<0.05),肾上腺的脏器系数极显著高于雄性(P<0.01);大多数24月龄大鼠的胸腺都萎缩,不可见。除卵巢、肾上腺外,24月龄大鼠其它脏器的绝对重量皆显著高于2月龄大鼠。除肾外,2月龄大鼠其它脏器的脏器系数皆为显著高于24月龄大鼠;24月龄雌雄性大鼠血清甘油三酯、白蛋白,钙含量高于雄性;磷、氯含量低于雄性血清总蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、肌酐、血糖、钙、氯含量皆显著高于2月龄大鼠(P<0.01);其中,老龄鼠总胆固醇、血糖、肌酐和甘油三酯含量的升高与人相似。
The main organ weights and blood biochemical values of 24-month-old Wistar rats were determined and compared with those of 2-month-old rats. The results showed that the absolute weight of heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and other organs in 24-month-old rats was significantly lower than that in males (P <0.05 or P <0.01) and in adrenal (P < 0.05). The viscera coefficient of female heart, lung and kidney were significantly higher than those of male (P <0.05), and the coefficient of adrenal organ was significantly higher than that of male (P <0.01). Most of the 24-month-old rats had thymus Shrink, not visible. Except ovaries and adrenals, the absolute weights of other organs in 24-month-old rats were significantly higher than those in 2-month-old rats. In addition to the kidneys, the organ coefficients of other organs in 2-month-old rats were significantly higher than those in 24-month-old rats. The levels of serum triglyceride, albumin and calcium in 24-month-old male and female rats were higher than those in male rats. The contents of total cholesterol, total cholesterol, triglyceride, creatinine, blood glucose, calcium and chloride in male serum were lower than those in 2-month old rats (P <0.01). The total cholesterol, blood glucose, Creatinine and triglyceride levels were similar to those in humans.
