4.4GHz-5.0GHz GaAs FET放大器是为某数字对流层散射微波接收机作为低噪前端放大而研制的。GaAs FET采用十三所研制的CX50D,CX50C。三级放大器达到增益20dB,噪声系数3 dB(含隔离器)的水平。
The 4.4GHz-5.0GHz GaAs FET amplifier was developed for a digital troposcatter microwave receiver as a low-noise front-end amplifier. GaAs FET developed by the thirteen CX50D, CX50C. The three-stage amplifier achieves a gain of 20dB with a noise figure of 3 dB (with isolator).
