婚姻登记管理系统软件,是天津市民政局婚姻处与天津教育学院计算机系共同合作,于1990年底设计编制。该系统软件是根据天津市婚姻登记管理工作的现实状况和发展要求而设计的功能比较齐全的管理软件。运行五年来,经过两次修改和完善,它在信息传递资料保存、数据查询统计汇总等方面显示了特有的功能,为天津市在全国率先推行计算机管理,发挥了积极的作用。
Marriage registration management system software, Tianjin Civil Affairs Bureau Marriage Department and the Tianjin Institute of Education Department of Computer Science co-operation, design and preparation by the end of 1990. The system software is based on Tianjin marriage registration management of the reality and development requirements of the design of the function of the more complete management software. After five years of operation, it has been revised and improved twice. It shows unique functions in information transmission and data collection and statistical summary, and plays an active role in taking the lead in implementing computer management in Tianjin.
