内部控制是现代企业管理的重要组成部分,它是施工企业提升企业竞争力的重要手段。本文从我国现代企业的实际现状入手,去分析企业内部对于控制所存在的问题及与内部控制相关的风险,阐述了建筑施工企业实施内部控制的必要性及存在的薄弱环节,最终表述一些整改内部控制的管理意见,进而提出了相应的完善对策。
