由中国社会科学杂志社、湖南商学院和湖南省区域战略与规划研究基地联合举办的“新兴大国的增长与转型”学术论坛于2011年5月21日在长沙湖南商学院举行。参加会议的代表来自中国社会科学院、中国人民大学、浙江大学、武汉大学、湖南大学、湖南师范大学、长沙理工大学、云南财经大学、湖南商学院等高校和研究机构。与会代表围绕新兴大国经济增长的动力机制、新兴大国经济增长方式的转变、新兴大国的国家创新体系建设、新兴大国的货币政策与金融稳定、新兴大国的外贸增长方式转变等主题进行了研讨。现将此次研讨会与会代表的主要观点综述如下。
The “Forum of Growth and Transformation of Emerging Powers” jointly organized by China Social Science Magazine, Hunan Business School and Hunan Provincial Regional Strategic and Planning Research Base was held on May 21, 2011 at Changsha Hunan Business School. Representatives from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Renmin University of China, Zhejiang University, Wuhan University, Hunan University, Hunan Normal University, Changsha University of Science and Technology, Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, Hunan Business School and other institutions of higher learning and research institutions attended the conference. The delegates discussed the theme of the dynamic mechanism of economic growth in emerging powers, the transformation of economic growth mode in emerging powers, the construction of national innovation system in emerging powers, the monetary policy and financial stability of emerging powers, and the transformation of the growth mode of foreign trade in emerging powers. Now the main points of this seminar participants are summarized as follows.
