当前,企业员工除了关注薪酬之外,企业的福利制度已逐渐成为关注的焦点,随着社会经济的不断发展,旧的福利制度已经不能满足当今员工的福利需求,已严重阻碍了企业的发展。也为了留住企业需要的人才,企业的福利制度务必要不断地进行改革。
