天西林业局工程公司1980年开始施工作业,到目前为止,共计竣工林区道路175.2公里,桥涵276座,长659米,完成土石方量195万M~3。取得了较好的效益。 从单位组建到企业整顿以前,由于管理混乱,致使有几百名生产工人的企业,靠四处借款维持生存。近几年来,经过整顿、改革和全体职工的辛勤努力,发生了可喜的变化,是改革给企业注入了新的活力,带来了勃勃生机。
