2008年3月21日,《国务院工作规则》通过。《规则》提出要努力建设服务政府、责任政府、法治政府和廉洁政府。大力推进政务公开、提高政府工作透明度作为一项重要举措赫然在列。最近,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅公开印发《关于深化政务公开加强政务服务的意见》,进一步从制度层面保障和规范了政务公开工作,使工作的目标更清晰、措施更得力、步骤更详细、责任更明确,从而更好地推进行政体制改革、加强对行政权力监督制约、从源头上防治腐败和提供高效便民服务。
