利用硝酸铈为原料,分别以碳酸氢铵和氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,采用超声雾化法制备了CeO2纳米颗粒。在室温将反应液体在超声雾化器中雾化成微滴,然后把微滴作为微反应器,使粒子在体积有限的微液滴内成核、晶化、长大。利用 X射线衍射仪、Fourier红外变换仪、透射电镜对所制得样品的物相、结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明:利用超声雾化法制备CeO2纳米粒子的颗粒均匀且分散性较好;以氢氧化钠为沉淀剂较以碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂制备的CeO2颗粒更均匀,粒径更小,约为3nm。
CeO2 nanoparticles were prepared by ultrasonic atomization using cerium nitrate as raw material and ammonium bicarbonate and sodium hydroxide as precipitants respectively. The reaction liquid is atomized into droplets in an ultrasonic atomizer at room temperature, and then the droplets are used as microreactors to nucleate, crystallize and grow the particles in a limited volume of droplets. The phase, structure and morphology of the prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that CeO2 nanoparticle prepared by ultrasonic atomization has a uniform particle size and good dispersibility. CeO2 particles prepared by using sodium hydroxide as the precipitating agent and ammonium bicarbonate as the precipitating agent are more uniform and have a smaller particle size of about 3nm.
