政绩,是党员领导干部先进性最直接、最直观的体现,是领导干部德才素质在实践中的综合反映,是领导干部在履行职责中创造出来的成绩和贡献。以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央提出:要“抓紧制定体现科学发展观和正确政绩观要求的干部实绩考核评价标准”。新时期如何科学地考核评价领导干部的政绩,是各级党政领导者面临的重大课题。
The achievements in politics are the most direct and most direct manifestation of the advanced nature of party members and their leading cadres.
