高职教育一直以培养学生技术应用能力为主线,设计学生的知识、能力、素质结构和培养方案,毕业生应具有技能应用能力强、知识面宽、素质高等特点。但是以“应用”为主旨和特征构建课程和教学内容体系的高职教育,虽强调现代化信息教育手段,却缺乏人文气息关怀和熏陶,学生更像是流水线生产出来的机器,文化底蕴积累不足、创新思维导向缺乏。这种现状也要求学校行政管理机构在校园管理中应该更注重人文关怀,在强调硬性管理氛围中侧重学生管理艺术、培养团队及创新能力,做到技能学习和人文养成相辅相成,不断提升高职类大学生的人格、气质、修养等内在品质,营造更为全面的育人氛围。
