目的研究黎巴嫩维和部队的艾滋病预防策略,为我国的艾滋病预防工作提供有益的借鉴。方法对联合国及黎巴嫩维和部队艾滋病预防的相关申明、决议、命令、规范、活动和研究报告进行分析、归纳、总结。结果黎巴嫩维和部队形成了包括政策依据、理论来源、实施原则、教育培训、个人预防、信息处理及监督机制在内的一整套完善的艾滋病预防策略,具有非常强的可操作性。结论黎巴嫩维和部队的艾滋病预防策略对我国的艾滋病预防具有借鉴作用。
Objective To study the HIV prevention strategy of the Lebanese peacekeepers and provide a useful reference for AIDS prevention in our country. Methods Analyzes, summarizes and summarizes the related affirmations, resolutions, orders, norms, activities and research reports on AIDS prevention in the UN and Lebanon peacekeeping forces. As a result, the Lebanese peacekeeping forces have formed a complete set of AIDS prevention strategies that include policy basis, theoretical sources, implementation principles, education and training, personal prevention, information processing and monitoring mechanisms and are very maneuverable. Conclusion Lebanon’s peacekeeping force’s AIDS prevention strategy has reference to AIDS prevention in China.
