心肌造影超声心动图(MCE)是在注射微气泡入冠状动脉(冠脉)同时作二维超声心动图,当微气泡经过心肌微血管时,产生超声回声增强效应,显示心肌血流灌注状况.自1980年DeMaria等首先报告应用于犬的心肌灌注后,经过10余年来不断探索,MCE已从实验研究尝试应用于临床,成为一前景乐观、敏感、安全和可靠的临床实时评估心肌灌注的新技术.现就MCE的实验研究和临床应用近况作一介绍.
Myocardial contrast echocardiography (MCE) is a two-dimensional echocardiogram performed by injecting microbubbles into the coronary arteries (coronary arteries). When microbubbles pass through the myocardial microvessels, they produce an echogenic effect that shows myocardial perfusion. In 1980, DeMaria et al first reported myocardial perfusion applied to canines. After more than 10 years of continuous exploration, MCE has been experimentally applied to clinical trials to become a promising, sensitive, safe and reliable clinical real-time assessment of myocardial perfusion. Now on the experimental research and clinical application of MCE make an introduction.
