目的:观察祛瘀通脉汤对家兔深静脉血栓纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(PAI-1)的影响。方法:通过结扎家兔股静脉制备深静脉血栓模型,分为A组祛瘀通脉汤组、B组血塞通组、C组空白对照组,D组正常对照组,于造模后第2天灌胃给药,每天1次,连续14d。检测造模后第2、7、14天各组PAI-1水平,光镜下观察各组血管阻塞程度。结果:造模后第2天A、B、C 3组PAI-1水平较D组均有升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);造模后第7、14天,A、B组PAI-1均数均较C组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、B两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A、B、C 3组均有血栓形成,但A、B组2级以上血栓发生率均明显低于C组。结论:祛瘀通脉汤可显著降低血液中纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1水平,抑制静脉血栓形成。
Objective: To observe the effect of Quyu Tongmai Decoction on deep venous thromboplastin-1 (PAI-1) in rabbits. Methods: The model of deep venous thrombosis was prepared by ligation of femoral vein of rabbits. The rats were divided into two groups: the QYJT group (group A), the XST group (group B), the blank control group (group C) and the normal control group (group D) Days gavage, 1 day, for 14 days. The levels of PAI-1 in each group were detected on the 2nd, 7th and 14th day after modeling. The degree of vascular occlusion was observed under light microscope. Results: The levels of PAI-1 in group A, B and C 3 were significantly higher than those in group D on the second day after model establishment (P <0.05) The mean number of PAI-1 in group A was lower than that in group C, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between group A and group B (P> 0.05). Thrombosis was found in group A, B and C 3, but the incidence of thrombosis in group A and group B was significantly lower than that in group C. Conclusion: Quyu Tongmai Tang can significantly reduce the level of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 in blood and inhibit venous thrombosis.
