近几年液化气、汽油、柴油等能源价格飞涨,随着我国工农业的飞速发展,需求能源越来越大,人类的天然能源是有限的,势必人类要大力开发新能源,满足市场的需求,所以我国2006年出台了《再生能源法》,鼓励个人、集体开发新能源。安徽省灵璧县清大新能源技术开发部具有超前意识,早在1997年前就同北京清大能源研究所和上海生物研究院共同开发新能源,已成功开发出高效液化气、复合汽柴油、环保秸秆气化炉等项目,已多次通过国家权威检测
