由于碳纤维片材CFRP(纤维增强聚合物)加固技术较之于传统加固技术的诸多优越性,使得CFRP加固修复混凝土结构和钢结构的工程应用将越来越广泛。本文主要通过试验,分析CFRP加固钢结构在50℃,湿度95%的环境下的耐久性能。实验结果表明:在常温环境下,CFRP与钢结构的有效粘结长度大约在50mm左右;在高温高湿环境下,随着腐蚀天数的增加,CFRP与钢结构的粘结性能有明显的降低。
Due to the advantages of CFRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) carbon fiber sheet reinforcement technology compared with traditional reinforcement technology, engineering application of CFRP reinforcement and restoration of concrete structure and steel structure will become more and more widespread. This paper mainly through the test, analysis of CFRP steel structure reinforced at 50 ℃, 95% humidity environment durability. The experimental results show that the effective bond length between CFRP and steel structure is about 50mm at room temperature, and the adhesion between CFRP and steel structure is obviously decreased with the increase of corrosion days in high temperature and high humidity environment.
