[目的]研究沼液、沼渣在无土栽培上的应用效果。[方法]利用沼液、沼渣分别作为营养液和营养基质,对辣椒进行基质栽培。[结果]沼液、沼渣栽培能明显提高果实中Vc、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖含量,降低硝酸盐含量,并且能提高蔬菜产量,但是对果实中可滴定酸含量的提高并不明显。[结论]沼液栽培以处理T4效果最佳,沼渣栽培以处理R1效果最佳。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the application effect of biogas slurry and biogas residue on soilless culture. [Method] Biogas slurry and biogas residue were used as nutrient solution and nutrient matrix respectively for substrate cultivation of pepper. [Result] Biogas slurry and biogas residue cultivation could significantly increase Vc, soluble solids and soluble sugar contents, reduce nitrate content and increase vegetable yield, but the increase of titratable acid content in fruit was not obvious. [Conclusion] The biogas solution was the best for the treatment of T4, and biogas residue cultivation to treat R1 was the best.
