对由导电率和硬度实验初步确定的2024铝合金新时效制度进行了拉伸试验研究,并对拉 伸塑性性能试验数据进行了数理统计分析。通过实验研究和分析,证明2024铝合金采用新的时 效制度,在塑性性能方面满足适航要求。
Tensile tests were conducted on the 2024 aluminum alloy, which was initially determined by the electrical conductivity and hardness test, and the tensile plasticity test data were analyzed by mathematical statistics. Through experimental research and analysis, it is proved that 2024 aluminum alloy adopts a new aging system to meet airworthiness requirements in terms of plastic properties.
