通过应用修正后的以知识存量、劳动生产率、产业结构转换能力三个指标为核心的经济转型能力评价体系,结合相关的公开统计数据,对2015年湖南省14地市(州)的经济转型能力进行了测算。经过对不同地市间经济转型能力得分、分项指标得分的比较,对各地市的经济转型问题进行了探索性研究。
By applying the revised evaluation system of economic transformation with the core of three indicators of knowledge stock, labor productivity and industrial structure conversion ability, combined with the related public statistics, the paper analyzes the economic transformation ability of 14 prefectures and cities in Hunan Province in 2015 Calculated. After comparing the scores of economic transformation ability and sub-index among different cities and cities, this paper makes an exploratory research on the economic transformation of all cities.
