凤滩水电厂水情自动测报系统由水科院自动化所承建,1993年初完成安装,1995年通过技术鉴定.该系统控制流域面积17500km2,由一个中心站,4个中继站和36个遥测站组成.采用无线电超短波组网,数字信号由(8,4)编码方式进行信道编码,由FSK调制方式进行调制,信号传输速率为300bit/s.系统所有中继站和调度中心站的前置机均采用双机配置并列运行方式,以提高可靠性.经历3年汛期考验,一直运行正常.1993年“7.31”酉水河流域大洪水起到很好的防洪予报作用,收到较大的社会和经流效益.
Fengtan Hydropower Plant hydrological automatic reporting system by the Institute of Hydropower Construction by the contractor, completed in early 1993, in 1995 passed the technical appraisal.
