继前段时间“退地潮”不断涌现于各大城市之后,房地产商们的噩梦并没有就此终止。近来,随着楼盘打折促销不断,北京、深圳、广州、南京等大中城市的退房潮愈演愈烈。在当前楼市进入调整阶段的背景下,退房潮难免会引起广泛的关注,并可能进一步加剧持币待购的楼市僵局。那究竟又是什么原因引发了所谓的退房潮?退房潮对楼市又有怎样的“杀伤力”?
