本研究运用胶体金标记的Con A.明胶膜方法,检测2.5×10~(-4)M浓度的Zncl_2(模拟小鼠精浆中锌的浓度)对小鼠附睾尾部精子受精能力的影响,并运用原子吸收分光光度计测定了小鼠精子在获能过程中精子锌的释放,及高锌(5μg/ml)溶液对锌释放的影响。实验结果表明:锌能阻止小鼠精子获能过程中糖蛋白的丢失,以及能可逆性地抑制顶体蛋白酶的活性,从而影响精子的受精能力,认为精浆锌作用可能与抑制精子锌的释放,提高糟子内含锌浓度有关。本实验显示了锌应用于抗生育作用的可能性。
