外啮合渐开线齿轮的几何设计,目前广泛采用按滚切工艺条件为基础的计算方法。此种方法对于变位系数的选择有较大的限制。本文从分析插切齿轮的几何特征方面证明,若以插齿工艺条件为基础进行齿轮的几何设计,将大大有利于避免传动干涉和增加重迭系数,扩大了变位系数的选择范围。由此,作者提出在大变位齿轮设计中采用按插切计算系统计算的建议。
External meshing involute gear geometry design, widely used by the rolling process conditions based on the calculation method. This method for the choice of coefficient of variation have greater limitations. In this paper, it is proved from the analysis of the geometrical characteristics of the plunge gear that if the geometric design of the gear is based on the plunging process conditions, the gear interference will be greatly avoided and the overlap coefficient will be greatly increased, which will enlarge the choice range of the deformation coefficient. As a result, the author put forward the suggestion that the interpolation calculation system should be adopted in the design of gear with large displacement.
