本文根据公路养护工作的特点以及工作实践，主要论述了公路养护经费承包的必要性，存在问题和承包方法，试图加快我省公路养护工作与市场经济接轨的步伐，提高养护质量保障公路畅通。
This paper discusses the necessity, problems and contracting methods of highway maintenance funds contracting according to the characteristics and working practices of highway maintenance work. It attempts to speed up the pace of integrating highway maintenance work with market economy in our province and improve the maintenance quality to ensure the smooth flow of the highway.
