为比较脑星形胶质瘤术后采用单纯放疗及放疗加化疗的疗效。对单纯放疗组33例,放疗加化疗组27例,采用 Kaplan-meier 生存曲线,log-rank 检验来探讨影响其预后的因素。结果证实脑星形胶质瘤术后采用放疗加化疗其疗效显著优于单纯放疗组。
To compare brain astroglioma after radiotherapy alone and radiotherapy plus chemotherapy. Thirty-three patients in the radiotherapy group and 27 in the radiotherapy plus chemotherapy group were enrolled in this study. The Kaplan-Meier survival curves and log-rank test were used to investigate the prognostic factors. The results confirmed that astrocytoma with radiotherapy and chemotherapy after surgery was significantly better than the simple radiotherapy group.
