在太行—武陵断裂带以东,东到海边,位于大陆边缘的中国东部中新生代沉积盆地,是在深大断裂作用下构成的大陆裂谷—类裂谷盆地。中新生代的地质历史进程表明,该类盆地以强烈断陷活动为其特征。本区白垩—早第三纪的成盐作用就是在断陷活动的构造环境下发生和演变的。断裂构造活动的历史不仅控制着成盐盆地的时空展布,而且影响到成盐作用的各个方面。
Located in the Mesozoic-Cenozoic sedimentary basins to the east and to the seaside of the Taihang-Wuling fault zone and on the margins of the continental margin, they are continental rift-type rift basins formed under deep faults. The Mesozoic-Cenozoic geological history shows that these basins are characterized by strong faulting activities. The salt-forming effect of the Cretaceous-Early Tertiary in this area occurred and evolved under the tectonic setting of faulting. The history of fault tectonic activity not only controls the spatiotemporal distribution of salt basins, but also affects all aspects of salt formation.
