目的:研究HCV-NS3和NS5在体外感染的人肝痛细胞系Hep3B中的表达情况。方法:用定量的HCV RNA阳性血清感染Hep3B细胞,应用SABC免疫组化法检测HCV-NS3和HCV-NS5抗原在其感染细胞中的表达情况。结果:在感染后的72小时,第1、2、3和4用的Hep3B细胞膜、细胞浆或细胞核上发现HCV-NS3和HCV-NS5抗原的阳性信号。结论:HCV能够在Hep3B细胞系中表达NS3和NS5抗原。
Objective: To investigate the expression of HCV-NS3 and NS5 in human hepatic pain cell line Hep3B infected in vitro. METHODS: Hep3B cells were infected with quantitative HCV RNA positive serum. The expression of HCV-NS3 and HCV-NS5 antigen in infected cells was detected by SABC immunohistochemistry. Results: Positive signals for the HCV-NS3 and HCV-NS5 antigens were found on Hep3B cell membranes, cytoplasm, or nucleus used for 1, 2 , 3, and 4 at 72 hours after infection. Conclusion: HCV can express NS3 and NS5 antigens in Hep3B cell line.
