目的:考察生肌玉红膏对深Ⅱ度烧伤大鼠血清中炎症因子含量的影响,探讨其治疗烧伤的作用机理。方法:将深Ⅱ度烧伤大鼠模型按体质量随机分为模型组、生肌玉红膏组和湿润烧伤膏组,每组24只。烧伤创面涂以相应药物,1次/d,连续给药14 d,并于给药后第3、7、14天分别采集各组8只大鼠血清,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)检测血清中促炎细胞因子IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的含量。结果:与正常对照组比较,给药后第3天,模型组血清中TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平升高(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,给药后第3天、第7天,生肌玉红膏组血清中IL-1β、TNF-α含量下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),给药后第7天,生肌玉红膏组血清中IL-6含量下降(P<0.05)。生肌玉红膏组与湿润烧伤膏组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:生肌玉红膏促进烧伤创面愈合的机制可能与其抑制炎症因子产生、减轻炎症反应有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Shengji Yuhong Cream on serum inflammatory factors in deep second degree burn rats and to explore its mechanism of action in treating burn. Methods: The rats with deep second degree burn were randomly divided into model group, Shengjiyuhong cream group and MEBO group according to body weight, with 24 rats in each group. The wounds were treated with the corresponding drugs once a day for 14 consecutive days. Eight serums of each group were collected on the 3rd, 7th and 14th day after the administration. The serum samples were collected by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect serum levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the levels of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 in the model group increased on the 3rd day after administration (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in the serum of Shengjiyuhong cream group decreased on the 3rd and 7th day after administration (P <0.05 or P <0.01) The content of IL-6 in Shengjiyuhong cream group decreased (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between myogenic jade red cream group and MEBO (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The mechanism of Shengji Yuhong Cream in promoting burn wound healing may be related to inhibiting the production of inflammatory cytokines and reducing the inflammatory reaction.
