电影《胡辣汤》以西华县传统著名小吃逍遥胡辣汤为背景,讲述了胡辣汤第十九代传人赵立秋在如何传承胡辣汤的问题上与两个儿子赵大明、赵小明之间所产生的分歧和矛盾。影片展示了胡辣汤独特的地方特色、厨师精湛的烹饪技艺和豫菜悠久的历史文化,颂扬了一代代胡辣汤人为传承和发扬光大胡辣汤而做出的艰辛劳动以及他们对传统胡辣汤尊严的坚守和捍卫。不过,本文并不从文学的角度来分析本片,而是立足于影视中的方言,谈一下《胡辣汤》中的中介语。
