AVM产生菌株86(X)-20(St.avermitilis)发酵培养基筛选结果表明:7种碳源材料中可溶性淀粉、淀粉和甘薯粉最佳,三者在菌丝生长量和AVM产量方面没有显著差别(P=0.05);7种氮源材料中,酵母膏、牛肉育、酵母粉最佳,三者之间没有显著差别。碳氮材料6种组合配方中,D1(甘薯粉4.0%十酵母粉0.6%)和D2(甘薯粉4.0%+酵母粉0.3%+蛋白胨0.3%)最佳。D1培养基50L小罐试验结果表明:接种后72h菌丝生长达到峰值时,AVM开始合成,合成最盛期为125~156h,发酵液正常pH值变幅为6.5~72.对还原糖和氨态氮代谢动态也进行了讨论。
The screening results of AVM-producing strain 86 (X) -20 (St.avermitilis) showed that the best soluble starch, starch and sweet potato flour were among the seven carbon source materials, and the three showed no significant difference in mycelial growth and AVM yield (P = 0.05). Of the seven kinds of nitrogen sources, yeast extract, beef and yeast were the best, and there was no significant difference among them. Among the six combinations of carbon and nitrogen, D1 (sweet potato flour 4.0% ten yeast powder 0.6%) and D2 (sweet potato flour 4.0% + yeast powder 0.3% + peptone 0.3%) were the best . The results showed that the AVM started to synthesize at the peak of 72 h after inoculation, with the peak period of 125-156 h and the normal pH range of 6.5 ~ 72 in fermentation broth. The dynamics of reducing sugar and ammonia nitrogen metabolism were also discussed.
