原位诱导修复再生是一个多学科交叉的研究领域,对大面积深度烧伤创面以及糖尿病性皮肤溃疡等慢性创面的治疗均具有重要的潜在价值。近年来研究者对原位成形可注射水凝胶,即在创面局部应用可在生理条件下自发凝胶化的水凝胶类生物材料进行了探索。该类生物材料含有细胞外基质成分,可以根据需求添加促进创面修复的细胞,还能作为生长因子等活性肽的控释载体,模拟创面局部微环境,从而诱导修复再生。本文对原位成形可注射水凝胶的原位凝胶化特性及促进创面修复再生的作用进行综述,包括其材料种类、作用机制、优势及存在的问题等。“,”Research of in-situ induced repair and regeneration is a multi- and inter-disciplinary field, which has shown potential importance in treatment of both large-area deep burns and chronic wounds such as diabetic skin ulcers. In-situ forming injectable hydrogels have been explored in recent years, which are hydrogel-like biomaterials that can spontaneously gelatinize in physiological condition when applied in local wounds. This kind of biomaterials contain extracellular matrix, in which cells promoting wound repairing will be cultured according to research need, and work as control-released carriers for active peptides like growth factors, simulating local wound microenvironments for inducing repairing and regeneration. Herein, characteristic of in-situ gelation and function of promoting wound repairing and regeneration about in-situ forming injectable hydrogels were reviewed, including various materials types and their relevant working mechanisms, advantages, confronting problems, etc.
