大肠癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤，随着我国人民生活水平的提高发病率有升高趋势，CD44基因及产物CD44蛋白在大肠癌发生、转移、预后及治疗中的作用近年来逐渐受到重视，本文重点探讨CD44V6蛋白在大肠癌中的表达与浸润转移关系，并对CD44V6报白与P”蛋白花大肠癌中表达情况进行相关
Colorectal cancer is a common malignancy. With the rising incidence of the people’s living standards in China, the role of CD44 gene and product CD44 protein in the occurrence, metastasis, prognosis and treatment of colorectal cancer has gradually gained attention in recent years. This article focuses on the relationship between CD44V6 protein expression and invasion and metastasis in colorectal cancer, and correlates the expression of CD44V6 with the expression of P protein in colorectal cancer.
