信息化环境下基于供应链管理的管理会计应用研究

：

在信息化的大环境下,供应链管理和管理会计都发生了较大变化,受到了巨大挑战.毫无疑问,面对新形势,企业唯一能做的就是顺应潮流,适应大环境,应对这一挑战,而不是故步自封或避而不见.本文主要从信息化所带来的变化着手,分析了在此背景下供应链管理对管理会计的影响,并针对在此过程中所出现的管理会计应用问题提出应对策略.
