改革开放以来,我国逐步确立了依法治国的基本方针,十八大以来更是着重强调要贯彻依法治国的方针政策。依法治校正是党中央提出的依法治国方针在教育工作中的具体表现,是高校教育和管理的现代化的内在要求和重要标志。虽然我国高校管理逐步正规化和严格化,但是近些年来高校逐渐暴露出的问题也要求高校要把加强依法治校提上日程。
