分析了信任、共享能力、学习能力和吸收能力等因素对复杂产品研发团队知识集成能力的影响,选取了125个研发团队成员作为实证研究对象,借助于SPSS15.0和Amos7.0,采用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析的方法,探讨了上述因素对复杂产品研发团队知识集成能力的影响程度和大小,结果表明,信任、学习能力、共享能力和吸收能力均对复杂产品研发团队知识集成能力有显著的正向影响。
The influence of trust, sharing ability, learning ability and absorptive ability on the knowledge integration ability of complex product development team was analyzed. 125 R & D team members were selected as the empirical research object. With SPSS15.0 and Amos7.0, exploratory Factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to explore the extent and magnitude of the above factors’ impact on the knowledge integration ability of the complex product R & D team. The results show that the trust, learning ability, sharing ability and absorptive capacity have great influence on the knowledge integration ability of the complex product R & D team There is a significant positive impact.
