目的评价21 mm长度ProTaper机用镍钛器械用于后磨牙根管预备的临床疗效。方法选择临床需要根管治疗的后磨牙病患者198例,198颗患牙,随机分为两组:PT组使用21 mm长度ProTaper机用镍钛锉、冠向下法预备根管;K锉组使用手动不锈钢K锉、步退法预备根管。两组均采用冷侧压法充填根管,摄片比较两组根管充填质量。记录根管预备术后疼痛反应和根管充填情况。结果 PT组预备术后疼痛反应明显低于K锉组(PT组反应发生率为3.03%,K锉组为18.18%);根管充填情况明显优于K锉组(PT组适充发生率92.53%,K锉组为85.16%)。结论 21 mm ProTaper机用镍钛锉应用于后磨牙根管治疗,能使根管预备术后疼痛反应明显减轻,根管充填效果满意。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of 21 mm ProTaper NiTi devices for root canal preparation of posterior molar. Methods 198 cases of post-grinding tooth disease requiring root canal therapy and 198 teeth were randomly divided into two groups: PT group 21mm length ProTaper machine nickel titanium file, coronal downward method for root canal preparation; K file group Use manual stainless steel K file, step back preparation of root canal. Cold lateral pressure method was used to fill the root canal in both groups, and radiography was used to compare the filling quality of the two groups. Records of postoperative root canal pain response and root canal filling. Results The postoperative pain response in PT group was significantly lower than that in K file group (3.03% in PT group and 18.18% in K file group). The filling of root canal was significantly better than K file group (PT group, 92.53 %, K file group was 85.16%). Conclusion The 21 mm ProTaper machine nickel-titanium file can be applied to the root canal treatment of the posterior molar. The pain response after root canal preparation can be obviously alleviated and the root canal filling effect is satisfactory.
