目的了解艾滋病初筛实验室的检测质量,促进HIV检测技术水平的提高,加强对实验室的规范化管理。方法采用现场检查和双盲血清标本检测,于2008年对战区18个医院HIV初筛实验室进行现场测试和考核。结果较2005年有明显好转。医院各级领导重视,规章制度建设较全,人员培训力度大,实验室设备齐全。但部分医院存在对HIV初筛实验室操作规范性和质量管理较差,人员流动性快,试剂缺少对照等问题。结论所提出的建议对促进战区医院HIV初筛实验室检测水平的提高及质量管理有重要意义。
Objective To understand the testing quality of AIDS screening laboratories, to promote the improvement of HIV testing technology, and to strengthen the standardized management of laboratories. Methods The on-site and double-blind serum samples were used for on-site testing and assessment of HIV screening laboratories in 18 hospitals in the theater in 2008. The results have obviously improved compared with 2005. The hospital leaders at all levels attach importance to the construction of rules and regulations more complete, staff training efforts, laboratory equipment. However, some hospitals have problems with normative and quality management of HIV screening laboratories, rapid mobility of personnel, and lack of control of reagents. Conclusions The suggestions put forward are of great significance for improving the testing level of HIV screening laboratories in theater hospitals and quality management.
