文化建设锻造内力,形象塑造磨练外功,内外兼修,是达到优质高效,塑造基层文化卓越品牌的动力源泉。本文探讨如何通过有效的文化管理模式,推动基层管理工作的优质、高效,进而树立起基层的品牌。根据内容,本文将基层文化建设分为四点个脉络,再合而为一,称为“四脉一体”的文化管理模式,首先明确“四脉一体”文化管理模式的内涵和作用原理出发,再逐个对各个脉络进行详细的阐释,明确每个脉络应该如何塑造,如何发挥作用。
Cultural construction forging internal forces, image-shaping training for external work, and internal and external cultivation are the power sources for achieving high-quality, high-efficiency, and building grass-roots cultural excellence. This article discusses how to promote the quality and efficiency of grass-roots management through effective cultural management models, and then establish a grass-roots brand. According to the content, this paper divides the grassroots cultural construction into four contexts and merges them into one. It is called the “four-velocity integration” cultural management model. First, it clearly defines the connotation of the “four-integration” culture management model. Starting from the principle of action, we will explain each vein in detail and clarify how each vein should be shaped and how it will work.
