施工企业现场文明生产对于促进安全生产、提升企业形象和提高施工效率有着十分重要的现实意义,已经引起建筑业界的普遍重视。随着我国改革开放的深入,国外建筑施工企业带来的先进管理理念和出色示范效应,包括生产现场QC小组活动与定置管理,对我国企业界和管理层产生了深刻影响。然而,仍有一部分管理者对作业场所员工开展QC小组活动缺乏正确的认识,致使这一群众性质量改进活动难以深化和持久。
Civilized production on site for construction enterprises is of great practical significance in promoting safe production, enhancing corporate image and improving construction efficiency and has drawn widespread attention in the construction industry. With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the advanced management concepts and excellent demonstration effects brought by foreign construction enterprises, including the QC team activities and the site management at the production site, have had a profound impact on the business community and management in China. However, some managers still lack a correct understanding of QC team activities carried out by workplace employees, which makes it difficult to deepen and prolong this mass quality improvement activity.
