RTX毒素是许多革兰阴性菌属所共有的一种蛋白家族,在对特异性物种的致病性中起重要作用。RTX毒素家族成员都有一些共同的遗传特征和蛋白结构,从而决定了它们相似的作用机制,但在靶细胞和物种作用的特异性方面却各不相同。另外,不同菌属的RTX毒素各自也有一些特点。本文在阐述RTX毒素共性的基础上,例举了不同菌属中有代表性的RTX毒素的特性,为进一步深入研究其致病性的分子机制及相关性研究和RTX毒素家族新成员的发现提供资料。
RTX toxins are a family of proteins common to many Gram-negative bacteria and play an important role in the pathogenicity of specific species. Members of the RTX toxin family share some common genetic traits and protein structures that determine their similar mechanisms of action but vary in the specificity of target cells and species roles. In addition, different genus of RTX toxins also have some characteristics. Based on the generality of RTX toxins, this paper presents the characteristics of RTX toxins in different genus, and provides further research on the molecular mechanism and relatedness of its pathogenicity and the discovery of new members of the RTX toxin family data.
